At Avika, we are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your personal data. This notice explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe — in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norwegian privacy law.

Security measures — your personal data is stored securely using industry-standard infrastructure. Access to reservation data is restricted to Avika staff only.

Data retention — we keep reservation records for as long as necessary to fulfil your booking and any follow-up, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle any queries. Once your data is no longer needed, it is deleted.

No unnecessary sharing — your personal information is not passed to third parties except where strictly required to deliver our service (for example, our secure booking infrastructure).
